As to the law, that depends upon the state and of course someone with standing needs to file a complaint in most cases. It is extremely rare in most states that prosecutors will lay charges when the two are fairly close in age, when there is a pregnancy and force or authority are not issues.

Jamie, you self conciously made a correct choice, but in my mind, girl, you have to think about the impact that this baby is going to have on you and your career. You may be so busy with the baby that you become in-active with your friends. especially from the set of Zoey101! I think you made a big mistake about becoming so active, inapropriotly for your age . I thought that I wanted to be just like you, but now… you really disapoint me. In the show Zoey 101 and through recearch and follow-ups on you, you seemed like someone who would never act so stupid. So girl, if you wan’t to act apprpriot for your young age, talk with your boyfriend and find a loving family who wishes for a baby . Dissapointment leads to sadness and lonelyness. I wish I could still use you as my roll model, but dissapointment has lead me to be mad and angry at you.

I’m still angry at you! And I still say, “You shouldn’t have done what you did, Jamie!” I know that you’re taking the right steps to make sure that the baby will be well taken care of. But, you should act your own way, instead of getting pregnant at 16. My mom baby-sits children for her job, and about three years back, she took in a 4 year old girl, who’s mom had her at 13! Now, being 7 years old, she is already planning and wanting a baby at 13 too! People follow the examples that are set before them, Jamie. You took a wrong path that followed what a-lot of actresses and stars follow. To act innappropriotly and have a baby too early in life.

Yeah. Well stop comparing her to Britney! She isn’t the first teenager to make a mistake or get knocked up and she won’t be the last. Just cuz she is famous everyone is making a big deal out of it. My gosh. I think she made a good decision on keeping her child. Thats more important than a show in Teenick. Anyways she has loads of cash. And Casey is 19 but when they had sex he was 18. And A person who has sex with a minor cant go to jail unless there parents say she/he was raped & I don’t think Jamie will say she was raped.

well jamie wat can i say …i cnt belive ur 16 n pregant my mom wud kill me if she new i was at that age u should of waited a few years i aint happy that ur not goin to be zoey 101 thts really upset me ur such a preety girl but u shud not of got pregant u had so many fans u loved u n wanted to be just lyk u but now i fink they dnt i no its ur lyf n u wanted wats best 4 u but i wudent ov got pregant at the age of 16 i wud of at the age of 23 well anyway i duno wat else say ..x

Okay So she should have not gotten pregnant but I also have to say this with protection you could still get pregnant. So before you people judge all this im sure she is quite aware of her mistake and I highly doubt people that cannot spell are apt to be giving parenting advice. When it comes to children I am of age to have one and I would choose my child over any nickelodeon show anyday. She did the right taking care of her responsibilities. I am not premoting teen sex but not evenyone ends up like parents. I have 2 aunts that got pregnant young and both of their kids had kids and got married in their late 20’s and 30’s so do some more research.

Wow I thought the other blog about her pregnancy was bad.. But this one is even Worst.. I think alot of young Mothers can do it by thems selves if they have the will power.. And a little bit of help.. But some of you are not Moms at all not even mature to be mothers . don’t know what it is like to be a mother , but you can sit her with your young ass selves and knock her down … I’m 21 years old and i haven’t seen such bullshit on these sites.. Just because her Sister isn’t the greatest mother doesn’t mean she is going to be.. I’m sorry if you take offense to this but come on now .. When I get time to get on here to browse around the internet maybe to voice my own opinon on things like I did on the last blog about her .. kids Such as yourselves think you feel big on here with words .. you’all need to get over your pathetic selves….there are many children at even younger ages getting pregnant and yet you don’t even try to help them….just quit treating jamie as though she has committed a crime like murder….none or us should ever say the things we say, babies are the most precious things on this earth be happy she’s even keeping the baby….GET OVER IT AND GET A GRIP!
