Katie Holmes Happy For Nicole Kidman

Katie Holmes, the wife of Tom Cruise, had warm things to say about her hubby’s ex-wife, Nicole Kidman’s baby news. “I’m so happy for her,” Holmes, 29, says of Kidman’s pregnancy news. “It’s wonderful.”
Katie’s new movie, “Mad Money” just premiered in Los Angeles and she spoke a bit about how being married and having a baby have impacted her career: “Having [20-month-old daughter] Suri and Tom [on set] was wonderful,” she added. “You think you love to do something and then you have the people you love there. It makes it a billion times better and you didn’t realize you were missing that before. It’s like ‘Oh my God, life can be this good.’”
I’ll admit to watching “Dawson’s Creek” and movies like “Teaching Mrs. Tingle” but I never really liked Katie Holmes. She seems stronger and more mature now that she’s a mother.
I hope Suri and Nicole’s baby have a lifetime of fun together!

And I hope Connor and Isabel, the two children Tom and Nicole adopted together, don’t feel pushed to the margins because now each parent and their new partner have a biological child together.
Good, good point. And a direct indication of my needing to revise this post :D. I was thinking babies and babies but older sibs are a definitely a consideration. Particularly when you consider that they are adopted. It’s kind of scary, isn’t it?
