Nicole Richie In Accident With Paparazzi

Nicole Richie, who recently gave birth to her second child, Sparrow, was rear-ended by a paparazzi photographer in Los Angeles today. While TMZ reports that she went to her own doctor, Fame Pictures says her husband Joel rushed to her side and they went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. It doesn’t look like Nicole has any serious injuries. Neither Nicole nor Joel, both prolific Twitter users, have Tweeted about the incident today. The photographer was booked for driving with out a license.
