Reese Witherspoon Loves Being a “Cool Mom”

With Ava and Deacon still a long way from the infamous teenage years, Reese Witherspoon is relishing her status as a cool mom.
The children’s school requires them to complete five community service projects each year, so Reese took them along as she fulfilled her role as global ambassador to the Avon Foundation. The trip included stopovers in Japan, Paris, and London, and the kids lapped it up. As they would!
“I want them to have that experience. I mean, they have me as their mom,” says Reese.
While she enjoys her “cool mom” status, she knows it could change at any moment.
“Looking at my friends who have older kids, I know it won’t always be that way, so I’m enjoying them now while they’ll still have me,” she told USA Today.
