Art imitates life for Josh Turner. Just like his 2007 album says, “Everything is Fine” for the country singer, who recently became a father for the second time!

Josh’s newborn son, Colby Lynch Turner, was born on Friday June 26.

“I’m just a proud daddy right now,” he cooed to People magazine.

Two-year-old big brother Hampton has also slotted nicely in his new role!

“Hampton loves being a big brother and we’re just one big happy family.”

Even Josh’s recording schedule is fine. He was hoping to tie up all loose ends on album number four before his baby’s arrival, and that’s just what he did!

“My producer, Frank Rogers, jokingly told Jennifer that she needed to wait until we finished my record before she had the baby,” laughed Josh.

Colby stayed put as long as he needed to, arriving hours after Josh left the recording studio with the new album all wrapped up.

“We finished the album last Thursday at 6:00 p.m. After I got home, Jennifer went into labor and we were at the hospital by 10:30 that night. Now that’s what I call perfect timing.”

It sounds like life couldn’t be more fine for the country singer and his ever-expanding family!

It’s a boy for Nicki Micheaux and her husband of nine years! The Lincoln Heights actress welcomed her second child, Aiden on Sunday June 21 in Beverly Hills.

“Both mother and baby are doing fine, and [are] expected to go home within the next few days,” her rep said.

The new arrival joins his big sister Symone, 4 ½. His birth still hasn’t shed any light on the identity of Nicki’s husband.

“My husband is a comic book creator and makes superheroes, so he could never reveal his secret identity,” she once said.

Fair enough!

Hank Azaria and his partner of two years Katie Wright are celebrating the birth of their baby boy! Hal Azaria was born on Saturday June 6.

Hal was a bit of an eager beaver, making an early entrance into the world, but he’s doing well.

“He was premature but he’s healthy and strong,” Hank’s rep Stan Rosenfield told People. “Everyone is very happy.”
And we’re happy for them!

Holly Marie Combs has welcomed a third son! The former Charmed actress stayed mum about her high-risk pregnancy, but now that Kelley James Donoho has arrived she’s thrilled to share the happy news.

Kelley was delivered by emergency c-section on May 26 when he was at 35 weeks.

“We didn’t feel comfortable making any announcements until everyone was home healthy,” she explained. “We are and now it is time to celebrate. I, now a mother of three boys, will be going to take a nap!”

I’m sure we can all sympathize! Holly and her husband David Donoho are also parents to two-year-old Riley and five-year-old Finley.

Bobby Brown announced the birth of his newborn son during a concert on Wednesday night. Bobby told the crowd at the Rok nightclub in Las Vegas, “Four days ago – my son Cassius.”

Cassius is the first child together for Bobby and his girlfriend of two years, manager Alicia Etheridge. He joins siblings Bobbi, Landon, LaPrincia, and Bobby Jr. from previous relationships.

Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Honsou have released further details on the birth of their son, who was born on May 30th.

The new arrival has been named Kenzo Lee Honsou, after the Japanese fashion icon Kenzo Takada. He weighed exactly 8 pounds at birth, and was 20 inches long.

Kimora Lee Simmons and her partner Djimon Hounsou are the proud parents of a new baby boy! The couple’s son was born on Saturday morning, May 30.

Kimora chronicled her labor via Twitter, posting comments like “It’s time!! No turning back! At hospital in labor right now!!” and “Having contractions now! Ooo-wee! It’s like WHOA!”

I’m kind of impressed she could think of technology at a time like that! The baby’s name and birth stats are yet to be revealed. He joins big sisters, Ming Lee, 9, and Aoki Lee, 6 ½, from Kimora’s previous marriage to Russell Simmons.

It’s a boy for Parminder Nagra and James Stenson! The former ER star and her husband are celebrating the birth of their son, Kai David Singh Stenson. He arrived on May 19.

“Mother, daddy, and baby are all doing great,” said Parminder’s rep, who did not disclose any further details about the birth.

So long as everyone’s happy and healthy, that’s the main thing!

Tobey Maguire and his wife, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer Maguire are celebrating the birth of their second child! Jennifer gave birth to a baby boy on May 8.

The couple’s rep told People she could “confirm the Maguires had a baby boy,” adding that the new family of four is “healthy and happy.” A name and further birth details have not been released at this stage.

Howie Dorough is a daddy! Howie and his wife Leigh welcomed James Hoke Dorough on Wednesday May 6.

The new arrival wasn’t due until June, but it seems he just couldn’t wait! The little guy tipped the scales at 4.5 pounds and measured 16.25 inches long.

“Both Mommy and baby are doing great and Howie D is an ecstatic new daddy. They’d like to thank everyone for their well wishes!!” reads a statement on the Backstreet Boys website.

James’ unusual middle name is in honor of Howie’s father Hoke, who passed away last year from brain and lung cancer. He was a delivery surprise, but just what Howie’s family ordered! A few months ago Howie said his family hoped for a boy as there were none to carry on the family name.

“I think everybody would love a boy,” Howie said at the time. “We’re just hoping for a healthy baby.”

It looks like everyone’s wishes came true!
