Naomi Watts’ Life “Chaotic,” But She Still Wants One More!

February 4, 2009 by lkatulka

In between bike rides with her newbown son, Naomi Watts is supposed to be out promoting her new film The International. But it’s clear that she’s only got babies on the brain! But with 18-month-old Alexander and seven-week-old Samuel at home, who can blame her?

In a new interview Naomi laughs that they’re at the “period where I’m chasing my toddler whilst feeding my baby. You’re nursing and watching your toddler climbing up on a chair or about to pull himself down on to something and it’s pretty nerve-racking.”

Things might be a little hectic now, but Naomi Watts is keen to bring another baby into the mix!

“I look at this little baby and even after quite an intense birth — they say you have amnesia as women — I would go a third. It would be nice to have a girl,” says the actress.

But first Naomi must convince her partner Liev Schreiber!

“It’s pretty chaotic right now and I keep making fun of Liev because he keeps walking around going, ‘No more babies, no more babies,’ like Rain Man or something. We’ve definitely got our hands full right now.”

Like many working moms, Naomi said she feels the guilt of being pulled in all directions.

“And what’s hard is — and I think every woman must feel this – you just feel guilty…guilty that you’re not there for the babies enough. And you also feel guilty that you haven’t given your work as much time as you normally do,” she admits.

“I have slowed down. Pregnancy and babies tend to do that. The International is the only film I have done since being a mom.

“Once I met Liev I felt I wanted more time to myself and for us to spend time together and then the pregnancy and the baby. Then last year he was shooting in Australia and I like to be there, and then I got pregnant again. So that’s kind of how things have gone, but now I do feel like I want to work this year.”

When she returns to work, she knows her boys will have the very best care from their “fantastic father.” She says Liev is “incredibly hands-on dad,” who is “adored” by his eldest son Alexander. “In fact, when I’m in the room it’s like I don’t exist!

But it’s easy to see why the two-year-old favors his father.

“Daddy plays rough-house. I try to, but I’m just not as fun as daddy. But it’s not just the playtime stuff for Liev. It’s changing diapers, he does everything with me.”

Awww – it sounds like Naomi is one lucky lady!

Max Liron Bratman is not yet one year old, but already his mom Christina Aguilera is looking forward to her next child! No she’s not announcing a new pregnancy just yet, but the way she’s talking it might be too far off!

It seems the source of all these maternal feelings is Christina’s husband Jordan Bratman!

“I think Jordan is such an incredible father and, you know, whether or not anything would ever happen to us, I know that he would still always be very much a part of Max’s life.”

She adds that Max’s birth has only strengthened her marriage, adding that her “little one” is “a constant reminder” of their love for one another. Awww!

“It’s … also a work in progress because you’re constantly growing as people. It can be very challenging. It can be incredible and exciting. I got lucky. I have a great husband - he’s really supportive and, ah, I look forward to the next [baby].”

So do we Christina!

Jennifer Lopez Launches Her Deseo For Men Fragrance

Jennifer Lopez has her hands full with seven-month-old twins Max David and Emme Maribel, but she’d love to have more! Jennifer revealed her plans in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight.

“I’d love to have more kids. I don’t know when, we’ll see, you know, that’s the same way my first ones happened! We’ll just do it the same way for the second [time around]!”

Jennifer said motherhood has changed her “whole perspective on life.

“It’s great because it makes you very focused on the things in your life that you need to concentrate on. It makes everything very simple.”

Even training for the Malibu Triathlon recently didn’t take Jen away from her precious kids. She did most of her training inside her Long Island home!

“I could just throw the babies in a little playpen on the floor, or their little mat. They’d just be right there, and if they got cranky I’d pick them up and put them on my lap while I rode the bike.”

It’s a fairly unconventional training regime for athletes, but it looks like it worked for her!
