Look who’s a water baby! 15-month-old Nahla Aubry was having a wow of a time in the water with her mom Halle Berry and dad Gabriel Aubry.

The happy family are currently enjoying a vacation on Miami Beach, Florida. And it looks like they’re taking advantage of all that summer sunshine!

Nahla Aubry took things easy yesterday, sitting comfortably in her stroller as she headed out for dinner with her mom Halle Berry. Halle looked just as relaxed as her 15-month-old daughter, donning rolled capris and a cute summer tank top. We all know Halle doesn’t need to try hard to look gorgeous!

The mommy-daughter duo were spotted in Miami, Florida, where they’re currently holidaying with Halle’s partner Gabriel Aubry.

Halle Berry looked none too impressed by the celebrity snappers as she left Barefoot restaurant in Beverly Hills yesterday. Is she worried because they’re taking pics of her one-year-old daughter Nahla Aubrey, or just cursing herself for stepping out in such a low-key outfit?

Either way, Nahla looked fairly nonplussed by the whole affair. When you’ve got sunglasses to munch on, who needs to stress about the paps?

With model Gabriel Aubry for a dad and sexy actress Halle Berry for a mom, Nahla Ariela Aubry was always going to be gorgeous. But Halle hopes her daughter’s beauty will be more than skin deep.

“Let her be sweet because I believe beauty is as beauty does,” the 42-year-old Academy Award-winner said philosophically. “My hope is that she is sweet and kind because no matter how beautiful you are, ugly ain’t cute.”

While she’s wavered in the past, Halle now has no doubt that she wants more children, answering the question with an emphatic “Yes!”

“My pregnancy was amazing. I was happy that whole time, I felt good, I had energy, I was like Superwoman. I wish I could feel like that for the rest of my life, that’s how fantastic it was.”

From the sound of things, life is pretty fantastic for the family of three right now. Riding the high of the recent election, Halle says she’s hopeful that her daughter “will grow up in a completely different America” because of President Barack Obama, someone who is “more like her than not, who shares her history.”

Halle Berry is in love, and she’s not afraid to let us know! During a recent photo shoot for Essence, Halle gushed about the “different kind of love” she has for her 10-month-old daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry.

“I thought I loved before, but no, I was just playing around. This is like, what real love … I mean I would take a bullet for this child and think nothing of it.”

She says that “not a day goes by that I don’t learn something new about myself,” and she’s excited to see the world through her daughter’s eyes.

“I see everything for the second and third time,” she said, adding, “I get to recapture my childhood and the wonder of what life is all about.”

Halle Berry has just wrapped her latest movie Frankie and Alice, but it doesn’t compare to her favorite role as mom to nearly 11-month-old daughter Nahla.

“When I looked at the stick and saw I was pregnant … I was so happy,” she told Essence in its March issue, which hits newsstands February 17th. “I thought I knew love before, but I’ve never felt anything like this.”

She still loves to act, but says she’s a little choosier these days. I guess that speaks well of Frankie and Alice!

“A film has to be really special for me to leave the house. I have to love it. I mean really, really love it.”

She hopes her selective nature will result in a body of work her daughter can admire.

“I don’t want my daughter to look back at my work and think, ‘Mom sold out,’” she says. “I want to leave a legacy that she can be proud of.”

Halle has another great love in her life: Nahla’s dad Gabriel Aubry.

“I feel more married now than I did in any of my actual marriages,” she said of her three-year relationship with the model. “We live the truth of that and that’s more important than a piece of paper.”

She’s not sure whether they’ll be together forever, but says, “All I know is that at this moment, it feels fantastic.”

Some of our favorite celebrity moms got a night off at Monday night’s 15th Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute.

Jennifer Lopez was missing her babies Max David and Emme Maribel who were close by when she was preparing for the glamorous event.

“I keep putting them on my lap and the makeup artist is like ‘Um, can you move her?’ And I’m like ‘No! And you know what? I have to have two babies on my lap!’”

Jennifer insists holding her bubs is just “part of being a mom,” and refused to budge on the issue. Now that’s what I like to hear!

Nicole Kidman said her husband Keith Urban and adopted daughter Isabella were at home with baby Sunday Rose so she could attend the event. But she doesn’t like her newborn daughter to be out of her sight for too long!

“I have to have her with me. Being a mom is the norm. So many women … have their toe at least in the workforce and they still want to have families. That’s me too.”

Halle Berry admitted she’s “making a lot of mistakes right now” with seven-month-old Nahla Ariela, but she’s not worried because she knows she’s still new at this.

“Many women have done it before me, so it’s doable,” she said philosophically.

After such an exciting baby boom, I love seeing how all these awesome women are coping with motherhood!

Halle Berry took her adorable five-month-old daughter Nahla Ariela for an outing to Los Angeles Zoo yesterday. Grandma Judith Berry also enjoyed the excursion. What a beautiful girl Nahla is, but with parents like Gabriel Aubry and Halle it was never in doubt!

Halle Berry is getting some much needed parenting advice from her close friend, Access Hollywood host Nancy O’Dell. Nancy gave birth to daughter Ashby Grace last June, and she’s sent words of wisdom to Halle to help her raise her newborn Nahla Ariela Aubry.

“I sent her a whole page e-mail about things I wish friends had told me,” Nancy told People. “I said, ‘I wish people had given me this advice. They didn’t, so I’m going to give it to you.’ She was appreciative, really appreciative.”

“I’m glad she had a girl, so the girls can play, but the other side of me went, I bet that would be a very attractive young boy to set up with my girl,” O’Dell said. “I was pulling for either one.”

That’s so cute! I’m sure these two little girls will love having someone so close to their age to play with when they get a little bigger!
