Mingus Helps Helena Find Good Men

Many single moms struggle to date, but Helena Christensen finds the opposite is true. It’s not just her supermodel looks that make things easier these days. The 40-year-old mom says since welcoming Mingus Reedus nine years ago, she’s learned to value quality over quantity.
“Because your child is your first priority, you’re more selective,” she explained to InStyle UK. “In order to let someone into that world they have to be really special. You cut out the bullshit that you might fall for, if you didn’t have responsibilities.”
Helena is receptive to whatever the future brings, whether that’s a new husband, or a new baby!
“Oh yeah,” she affirmed. “Though it’s so amazing, what I have; I look at my child and think, if me and and his father could create this, what else could you create?”
What else indeed? Mingus is such a cutie, I can only imagine how adorable any Helena Christensen baby would be!

Eternal beauty Helena Christensen was out and about with her son Mingus this weekend. They enjoyed a couple of cold drinks from the West Village in New York City.
Looks like Mingus has inherited his mom’s good looks! What a stunning child!
