Jack Carell Takes Buddies to NYC

Steve Carell learned the hard way that you never, ever, let a child pack their own suitcase.
He let his four-year-old Jack pack for their recent trip to New York, where Steve recently appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman.
“I didn’t really look to see what was in it,” Steve said during the interview. “At the airport it opened up, and the contents spilled onto the floor.”
You can imagine that Jack didn’t worry about clothing or toiletries. Instead he brought a stuffed frog, polar bear, and dog, three rubber cheeseburgers, and a fake bottle of ketchup.
Dave said he understood the four-year-old’s thinking.
“You understand his logic - he’s got his buddies with him, his three pals. And the question is, ‘Are you going to be able to get your hands on a rubber cheeseburger? Maybe not!’”
