Mel C’s Scarlet Baby

There’s a new Baby Spice in town! Melanie Chisholm gave birth to a daughter on Sunday February 22 in London. Scarlet Starr weighed 8 lb. 3 oz. on delivery.
A statement on Mel C’s website says the baby girl is “beautiful” and that both mother and daughter are “doing fine.”
Scarlet is the first child for Melanie and her partner of six years, property developer Thomas Starr.

The former Spice Girl showed off her big baby belly at A Celebration of the Bee Gees at London’s Battersea Evolution on Friday night. The former Spice Girl showed pregnancy isn’t slowing her down any, performing for fans on the night. Apparently she received plenty of tummy rubs for good luck before hitting the stage!
Mel C expects a delivery surprise in February. It will be the first baby for Mel and her partner, property developer Thomas Starr.

Mel C Expecting First Baby

Melanie Chisholm, aka Spice Girl Mel C, is pregnant with her first child! Mel announced that she is expecting a baby with long-term boyfriend Thomas Starr on her website yesterday.
“Some happy news! Well, I can announce that Tom and I are expecting a baby and we are very happy. As I am sure you’ll understand, we needed time to wait for results and tell our families. Thank you for all you kindness, good wishes and support (even if it was based on speculation!).”
The bub is believed to be due in late winter. Mel C is the last Spice Girl left to have children. Congratulations to her!
