Tori Spelling Gives Birth to Baby Girl

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are celebrating the birth of their second child together, a baby girl.
Stella Doreen McDermott was born at 3:13 pm yesterday at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She weighed 6 lb. 8 oz. and measured 19.75 inches long.
