A judge has ordered T.I. to increase his child support payments to a little more than $3000 a month from the previous $2000.

The judge ruled that T.I. should also continue to pay for the private schooling, medical bills, and extracurricular activities of Messiah Ya’Majesty and Domani Uriah.

However, the judge has ruled that the rapper and his ex-girlfriend Lashon Dixon will now share custody. Lashon will maintain primary physical custody however.

“Every little bit helps,” said Lashon’s rep.

“She was just getting by with the children, while they lived a different life with their father. It can’t be complete opposites on the other side.”

T.I. has hit back at his ex-girlfriend Lashon Dixon’s claims that his child support payments are inadequate for raising the couple’s two sons: Messiah Ya’Majesty and Domani Uriah.

The rapper says that in addition to the $2000 child support, he also pays for “for their private schooling, medical insurance, clothing, food, gifts, birthdays and extracurricular activities.”

T.I. adds that he has also helped Lashon to purchase a house, a car, and more.

“She has chosen not to work and to live 100% from her child support receipts. This is the reason for her difficulties in making ends meet for herself,” he said.

Ouch! That should be one heated court battle!

Rapper Clifford Harris, otherwise known as T.I., is being sued by ex-girlfriend Lashon Dixon for an increase in child support.

Currently T.I. pays $2000 a month to support his sons Messiah Ya’Majesty and Domani Uriah, but Lashon says that’s no longer enough.

Lashon hopes that the judge will rule to a figure more in keeping with the rapper’s successful career.

T.I. is also father to Clifford “King” Joseph III, 4, and Major Philant, 3 ½ months with his fiancée Tameka ‘Tiny’ Cottle,  and daughter Deyjah from a previous relationship.

Rap star T.I.’s just found another reason to clean up his act. His girlfriend Tameka “Tiny” Cotttle gave birth to a baby boy, Major Harris, on Friday morning. The bub was born just after midnight weighing 5 lb. 5 oz.

Major is the second baby for the couple, who also have a three-year-old son King. T.I. also has three other children.

“God has blessed us with another miracle,” T.I. told People magazine.

I just hope this is the wake-up call T.I. needs to start behaving. That baby deserves a father that’s a good role model!
